4^th update

‘Krishna rang up from Malaysia today morning. He suggested  that  I  publish  in  this  blogsite  the calendar  for this  year. i.e   the  events  and  the dates  of those  events  during the  course  of  this  year.I  shall be doing  so.

Yesterday,  happened  to be the birthdays of SUJEETH  AND  SHARANYA. Let  us   all  wish  them  both  a very  very  happy  birthday  and  many  many  happy  and eventful  returns  of  the same.

The  polali   jatra  starts  from  the  14^th  of  march  with  the  dwajaarohana  on  that  day   The  duration  of  the  jatra  will  be  known only  on  that  day,

The 15^th  dandamaala  falls on  the  29^th  of  march,  on  which  day  the santharpana  expenses  at  the  temple  is  borne  by the  members  of  the adoor mane.Sushruth   will oversee the  arrangements  on  that  day .All  the  members  of  the  adoormane  are  cordially  invited  to attend  and  participate  in this  function  and  receive   the  blessings  of  SHREE  RAJARAJESHWARI  DEVI.

Amma’s  anniversary falls  on  Thursday  the 17^th  may, Akka’s  children  ,ATK  and  family  Sannanna’s  children  ,Shankaranna  and  family ,Sushilakka  and  family  Venkatraoanna  and  family .Bavaji and Rama  and  my son Krishna and family please  note  and  make  it  point  to  attend  the  same  without  fail.

Sushilattige’s  anniversary  falls  on  Monday  the 4^th june  Shankeranna ,Krishna  and  Surya  please note

Naagarapanchami  falls  on Saturday  the 18^th august –Shankaranna  and family ,Ramesh  and family  Prabhakar and family Renuka  and  family  all please  note. This  heralds  the  start  of  the  habbas. A special  pooja  is  performed  on  this  day  in  the  naagabana.

Krishna Janmaashtami  is celebrated  on  Monday  the  3^rd August  night,

Sannanna’s  anniversary  falls  on  Friday  the 31^st  august  Lakshmi,Sandhya,Prakash,Ramesh ,Padmini,Ajitha, Suman,Prabhaker, Bharathi Sudesh,Renuka, Anantakrishna,Avinash ,please note.Bhasker,Padma,Subash,Sharat,Sheela ,Venkat,And ,Urmila please note. ,

Vinayaka chauthi  will be  celebrated  on  Saturday  the  15^th  September.  With the  performance  of  a ganahoma  at  the  Adoormane. All  the  adoor clan  is  requested  to  note  this  and  attend  this  function  without  fail  and  receive  the  prasad.

Mahalaya amavasya  is  celebrated  on Thursday  the 11^th Oct.Adoor clan  please  note.

On  16^th Oct. Sharada Pooja and Hosathoota   will  be celebrated  at  the Adoormane.The  adoor  clan , please  attend  without  fail.

Narayan mava’s anniversary  falls  on Wednesday the 24^th of October.-Uma,Usha, Ashok,Ratnaker,Vijaya  please  note.

Appa’s  anniversary  falls  on  Sunday  the  4^th November,The Adoor  clan  is  requested  to  take  note  of  this  day  and  attend  the  function  at  the  Adoormane  without  fail.

Any way I am doing my best now.

Giri's son's upanayana went off very well.The feast was said to be quite sumptuous.Puttu had attended it .Bhamini and Samaahith also had come all the way from Manipal by bus.

Leela phoned from Muscat.They are all well there.Rama rang from Sujata's place.She related in detail about the happenings at Gavli.A ganapati pooja ,a ganahoma ,a rakshogna homa and a sudarshana homa are to be performed there before any work is started for the renovation of the deiva sthanas .

Vijaya's varicose veins thrombosed and she had to be admitted for complete bedrest and anti coagulant treatment.Sushilakka is still in Bangalore .Rama and Bavaji have gone to Chennai to attend Sanjay's housewarming ceremony.He has built a new house just behind Shankar's house.

I am now trying again to post a picture -that of Adoormane.

Sorry I am unsuccessful today also/
